I set up a new VPS server with my hosting provider about 2 weeks ago.

Recently, I have started noticing undelivered emails in my mail queue.

I do not have email inboxes set up on my domain, only forwarding email address. The main email addresses (eg: info@example.com) are publicly listed on the website.

This is what I see in the mail queue:

The error :

warning: read TCP map reply from 127.0.0.1:12346: unexpected EOF (Connection timed out)

Started showing up today. Mail gets locked up and cant send when it occurs. Restarting the service gets it working for about 5 minutes.

Tried the Turning off SRS with -s switch, issue re-occurred, and the config lines in the knowledgebase articles are fine

So far I have a cronjob restarting postfix every 4 minutes and mail seems to be flowing.

Any suggestions on what to check?

Nginx Issue

So I'm not the greatest at this yet, but I know enough to be dangerous. A few months back I attempted to install nginx page speed modules but I believe I've ended up installing nginx twice (for lack of knowledge). I know nginx is running as my site is running purely on nginx and not Apache.

But when I run "nginx -t" I get an error:
unknown directive "ssl_protocols" in /etc/nginx/conf.d/ssl.conf:1

About mysqld.service in MariaDB

Does "mysqld.service" exist in Plesk (17.8.11)? At least it currently does not exist on my server.
When asking a certain person, I was told that MariaDB should also have mysqld.service.
mysqld.service does not exist because I am using Plesk?

I installed a database search program from rpm. Then two rpm package files of different versions remained. And when I try to uninstall the old rpm file, I get warned that "mysqld.service is not found, not loaded" and fails.

Please tell me how to delete...

I have setup a cron to run every minute, seeing the cron log, is running, so that is ok.

I'm running Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update #24 on Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS‬ and I'm currently getting a 502 gateway error when trying to access my website, I think the below error has something to do with it. The Apache.php file does appear to be corrupted as it is full of random characters.

ipsec vpn on a centos7 vps

We need to establish a vpn ipsec connection on a centos7 plesk server. (site to site)

Server A (physical Centos 7)
public ip : 1.2.3.4 -> physical eth0
private ip : 192.168.1.40 -> ipalias etho0:1

Server B (checkpoint appliance Customer)
public peer ip : 5.6.7.8
private ip : 10.55.55.55 -> physical Ethernet private host ip

The final goal is the two private ips from serverA to be able to communicate with serverB

On ServerA we need the plesk webserver to remain intact...

How to upgrade an alias domain to main domain

Hi,
I have a main domain "domain.info" and an alias "domain.org" with a wordpress installation on a dedicated IP.
Now, I would change domain.org as main domain, because I don't use anymore domain.info.
How can I do it without affecting the wordpress installation and the database?
Can I just change the domain name in domain.info hosting setting?

In my extension I'm trying to open and write to a file on the server.

I have the absolute path to the file ($filepath) and when I run

Cowardly refusing to create an empty archive. Plesk Onyx Backup on Debian 9

Hi,

i had a server under Debian 8 and the latest Plesk Onyx. Created a full server backup (without errors).

After that, i reinstalled the new Debian 9 with Plesk Onyx (clean installation) und uploaded the backup .tar from the old version. Everything works fine!

BUT:
Under Debian 9 (stable) the backup process gives me the following error:
